730 - 830PM LEVEL - BELLYDANCE CORE-OBICS a non-stop class that covers: warm-up and cool down incorporating key moves to improve core strength, stability and flexibility; style workout which covers 8 simple bellydance moves to music, layering and combinations, which change every 8 weeks. This is a great class for all levels for general fitness, it is low impact to the body, so minimising the risk of injury, but certainly works up a sweat. It is especially good for people who have never done bellydance before

All classes take place in private, enclosed areas - females only.

Members and non-members are welcome. These are ongoing, drop in classes, so feel free to attend whenever you like!
All classes are 5 classes for the price of 4 when you pay in advance (except Courtneys & Uni of West classes). You do not need to use these consecutively and you can use them at other classes.

About Leila

Leila is of Persian origin and studied Egyptian bellydance and Khaleegi dance and is also one of a handful of dancers in the UK to perform Iraqi Qawliyeh (Gypsy) style, a dance that involves head spinning, jumping and shimmies to the rhythm of chobi music.The combination of her ethnic and dance background and teaching styles means that she are able to offer a broad, yet specialised insight into belly dance.
