Slip on your seamed stockings and opera gloves, as our burlesque hen party leads you through the glamorous world of retro burlesque-striptease, introducing you to the art of 'tease', tassel twirling and the inimitable bump 'n grind.

Available nationwide, our burlesque hen parties are enjoyed by ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes (and occasionally the men-hens too!). Groups can be made up of as many or as few as you like as we will work to your group’s needs.

Our teachers are fully insured, professionally dance trained and have years of burlesque performance experience. Brimming with personality, they will guide you through a whirlwind tour of burlesque-striptease in a secure, fun environment. Our hen party is guaranteed to make you feel sassy and confident, whisking you away into a world of glamour and humour - be prepared to realise your alter-ego - and take her partying afterwards!

You don’t have to have any prior dance training - we will start with the basics and take it at everyone’s pace, with the emphasis on fun. You will soon find yourself posing like a pin-up, peeling like a professional and uncovering secrets of your personality that burlesque will bring out in you. Regardless of your shape, size or age, burlesque-striptease is for you!

Our usual hen party lasts two hours and includes making up your burlesque character and name for the day, learning the art of posing (you’ll never pose for a holiday snap the same again!), glove peeling technique, shimmying and of course, nipple-tassel twirling (don’t worry - no nudity is required as tassels can be affixed over clothing if preferred) . We teach technique and then incorporate it all into impressive and memorable dance routines.

We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes as this is a movement-based class. However, please also bring high-heels which you are comfortable and confident in because, by the end of our time with us you will be slinking and strutting like a vintage movie star. You might also like to bring your own pair of gloves and tassels if you happen to have them - but we will supply everything that is needed.
